Engraving on metal parts and tools is made easy with our powerful 50W fiber laser.
Our fiber laser can mark and engrave on all metals, such as brass, aluminium, copper, steel, gold, silver, tungsten and more. We can permanently mark and deep engrave on most metals and our rotary attachment allows us to mark and engrave on small metal parts and items.
Bring us your parts, tools, tags, surgical implements and other metal items for marking and engraving of logos, company names, barcodes, asset codes, part numbers, serial numbers or other identifying markings. We can engrave and mark from 0.001mm line thickness and 0.3mm text.
The large 220mm x 220mm work area allows us to mark and engrave on items small to large and to mark and engrave on high volumes of items at the same time.
Laser engraving and marking on surgical and medical instruments

The markings will not fade, wipe off or wear out, giving you peace of mind knowing that any information marked on them will be there forever. With our laser, we can remove mild to stubborn rust on metal parts and tools. This can help speed up the process of cleaning up rusted items where sanding, filing or grinding might not be possible, or on parts that are delicate or unique, such as discontinued or customized nuts, bolts, screws etc.
Laser rust removal is quick and contact-free, which causes no extra wear and tear on the parts. This is ideal for removing rust from fine threads on screws and bolts, where sanding and grinding could cause damage.
